Reaction to Discussion on Fri 13th

The natural way could be considered the normal way. But since we are in America eveything has to have a double standard. The normal way would be the C-Section having your doctor cut into you and snatch your baby by the head from the womb. Sounds harsh but thats what they do. Now the natural way, is natural birth. Being in labor for 20+ hrs screaming every 5 minutes due to the contractions that you are having. No matter which way a woman decides to have the baby there are going to be doctors and bright lights shining down on you while you are in the center of a cold room. But then some say that " maybe the woman should have it at home" thats all well and good but some women want the cleaniness of the hospital and the assuranc of a certified doctor and not your husbad of wife standing there wiht a doula or midwife or both. If something goes wrong during the pregnancy does the doula or midwife know how to handle that? What ever floats your boat.
