
Uh... Honestly this is as simple as I'm going to get.
What You Need:
- 1 Blender
- 1 Container of Strawberries
- 1 Bag of Grapes
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 Mango
- 2 Banana's
- 1 Container of Cran-Grape Juice
- 1 Cup of sugar
- 1 Cutting Board
- 2 Ice Cubes
How Long Should It Take:
It shouldn't take long, once you have the fruit and juice and sugar, place the ice in the cup first then you can add all the fruit in whatever order pleases you best. If you want it 'smooth' add only 1 teaspoon of sugar and blend for 5 min. If you want it 'thick' add it 2 tablespoons of sugar and blend for 8 min. Then Enjoy
My Home Made Smoothies
- Strawberry's (cut in 1/4's)
- Pineapple (cut in cubes)
- Grapes (the darker ones)
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Mango slices
- 1/3 cup Cran-Grape Juice
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar (just because I like it that way)
This isn't going to make it to school...I'm going to drink this when I'm done with this post.
This is one of my favorite recipes because it is quick and simple and not to mention it tastes good, and it seems to be filling and semi-healthy. Its cheaper than going to Jamba Juice or Pink Berry; its my own private way of sticking it to the man!!

The white sugar is crazy on top of the sugar that's in all that fruit. Fight the power even more and say no to the processed sugar that causes diabetes and was the main fuel of the slave trade.
